We are based in Bansko, not in a call centre several countries away. We manage a deliberately small portfolio so that every guest and every buyer gets a real person who has actually stood in the property they are asking about.

That means we will tell you when a property is wrong for you. A third-floor walk-up is a poor idea with small children and ski boots. A north-facing balcony is cold in March. An apartment two kilometres from the Gondola is cheap for a reason. We would rather lose a booking than have you arrive disappointed.

For owners, we handle the full cycle: photography, listing, pricing, guest communication, cleaning, linen, maintenance and the tax paperwork. For buyers, we handle viewings, negotiation, the notary, and translation — the Bulgarian purchase process is not difficult, but it is unfamiliar, and it is not something to do alone.
